Cross-user Flink data disclosure via missing ownership checks

IDOR in Apache StreamPark 1.0.0 through 2.1.3 allows remote authenticated users to read other users' Flink SQL and configuration data. The user Flink-information request path accepts an authorization token but does not restrict the selected user record to the token holder. A regular account and network access to the console are sufficient to expose other users' executeSQL and configuration values.
