Stored XSS via unsanitized SVG upload

Stored XSS in the SVG upload path in CMSimple_XH 1.7.6 allows remote attackers to execute script when a user opens the file. The upload path accepts and stores script-bearing SVG content without neutralizing its active elements, allowing the browser to execute the embedded script when the stored document is viewed. Exploitation requires a user to open the uploaded SVG; execution occurs in that user's browser within the site's security context.
