Missing authorization in weDocs 2.1.4 and earlier allows remote attackers to modify settings through a WordPress REST endpoint. The update_helpfullness endpoint omits the capability check needed before accepting a settings-changing request from untrusted input. No account or user interaction is required, and successful exploitation changes stored site configuration without disclosing data or interrupting service.
