Remote proxy crash via uncaught JSON exception

Denial of service in Envoy allows remote attackers to crash the proxy by sending incomplete UTF-8 data in an HTTP request. Field::asJsonString passes downstream-controlled text to strict nlohmann JSON serialization without catching the invalid UTF-8 exception. The request reaches the flaw when JSON access logs enable sort_properties and log downstream data, or when the HTTP composite filter stores downstream data in filter-state objects; exploitation terminates the Envoy process.
