Authenticated command execution via unrestricted blocklist URLs

Server-side request forgery in Pi-hole before 5.18.3 allows remote authenticated users to reach internal services through blocklist URLs. gravity_DownloadBlocklistFromUrl passes the supplied URL to curl without restricting schemes or local destinations, permitting gopher requests to loopback services. Command execution requires a writable internal service such as Redis, which can place an executable PHP file in the web root.
