Privilege escalation in Parallels Desktop for Mac 19.3.0 and earlier allows local users to execute arbitrary code as root. The do_repack_createinstallmedia path in repack_osx_install_app.sh invokes an installer-supplied createinstallmedia binary through the setuid-root Parallels Service without verifying its code signature. Exploitation requires local code execution on an Intel Mac and a crafted macOS installer; Apple silicon hosts do not enter the vulnerable path.
