Memory corruption via unchecked password decoding
Published May 8, 2024 · Updated Feb 13, 2025
Stack-based buffer overflow in TOTOLINK LR350 9.3.5u.6369_B20220309 allows adjacent remote attackers to corrupt process memory. The urldecode function copies decoded bytes from the attacker-controlled password parameter beyond a stack-allocated buffer. No authentication or user interaction is required, but exploitation requires access from a network adjacent to the router.
