Local iwasm crash via branch-validation heap overwrite

Heap buffer overflow in Bytecode Alliance WAMR 2.0.0 allows local users to crash iwasm by loading a crafted WebAssembly module. In wasm_loader_check_br, b_memcpy_s writes four bytes two bytes before a 64-byte heap allocation while validating branch bytecode. The supplied proof of concept reaches the flaw through the local iwasm command line on Linux and aborts the process, limiting the demonstrated impact to service interruption.
