Stored XSS via rendered username

Stored XSS in Pantsel Konga 0.14.9 allows remote attackers to run JavaScript in another user's browser via a crafted username. Konga stores the username without adequate output neutralization and renders it when another user clicks the delete-user button. Submitting the username requires application access, and exploitation requires a second user to open the deletion interface; script execution can read or alter data available to that browser session.
