Authenticated command execution via hostTime shell substitution

Command injection in TOTOLINK CP450 4.1.0cu.747_B20191224 allows remote authenticated users to execute commands via hostTime. NTPSyncWithHost passes a crafted hostTime value containing backtick command substitution to a shell operation without neutralizing metacharacters. The published proof of concept uses a high-privilege management session and writes directory-listing output into the device web root.
