OS command injection in TOTOLINK CP450 4.1.0cu.747_B20191224 allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary commands via a crafted firmware upload. The setUpgradeFW handler passes the attacker-controlled FileName value to system() without validation or neutralization. The published request includes a management-session cookie; successful exploitation runs commands on the appliance.
