Authenticated service interruption via unchecked language parameter

Stack buffer overflow in TOTOLINK CP450 4.1.0cu.747_B20191224 allows remote authenticated users to alter state or interrupt service. setLanguageCfg passes the unchecked langType value to sprintf for a fixed stack destination, so an overlong value overwrites adjacent stack memory. An authenticated management session with high privileges is required; the documented consequences are limited integrity loss and service interruption.
