Authenticated memory corruption via unchecked strcpy

Stack buffer overflow in TOTOLINK CP450 4.1.0cu.747_B20191224 allows remote authenticated users to compromise the appliance via CGI. The setIpQosRules handler passes the unchecked comment parameter to strcpy, which overwrites a fixed stack buffer. An authenticated management session is required; exploitation corrupts process memory and creates device-crash and code-execution conditions.
