Remote server crash via unbounded request-line buffering

Heap-based buffer overflow in Ritlabs TinyWeb Server 1.94 and earlier allows remote attackers to crash the server with an oversized request line. The TCollector.Collect function in SrvMain.pas repeatedly expands CollectStr without a size limit while waiting for CRLF to terminate the line. A single unauthenticated TCP connection can terminate a worker thread and leak its allocation; repeated requests exhaust the 32-bit process and stop service.
