Memory disclosure via dangling QUIC buffer pointer

Use-after-free in F5 NGINX Open Source 1.25.0 through 1.26.0 and NGINX Plus R30 through R31 allows remote attackers to read worker memory. ngx_quic_free_buffer() frees a QUIC buffer's chains but leaves last_chain referencing the released chains and buffers, permitting later QUIC processing to reuse freed memory. Exposure requires HTTP/3 QUIC to be enabled and a network path with an MTU of 4096 bytes or greater without fragmentation; disclosure is limited to worker-process memory.
