Authenticated database disclosure via unescaped id parameter
Published Apr 7, 2024 · Updated Aug 21, 2024
SQL injection in SourceCodester Online Courseware 1.0 allows remote authenticated users to read database data via a crafted id value. The admin/editt.php handler copies $_GET['id'] directly into a quoted SELECT statement without parameterization or escaping. A valid admin session is required to reach the route; published sqlmap results demonstrate boolean-, error-, time-, and UNION-based extraction.
