Service interruption via deeply nested literals

Uncontrolled recursion in Go standard library go/parser before 1.22.7 and 1.23.0-0 through 1.23.0 allows attackers to crash parsing processes. The parser.parseLiteralValue routine recursively descends nested literal element lists without enforcing a depth limit, exhausting the call stack. A reachable application must pass attacker-controlled Go source to a Parse function; the resulting panic terminates an unrecovered parsing process.
