Improper access control in Adobe ColdFusion 2023 Update 7 and earlier allows remote attackers to read arbitrary file-system data. CFDOCUMENT follows a URL or local path supplied through an HTML meta refresh tag without blocking local-file retrieval. The exposed application must process attacker-controlled HTML with CFDOCUMENT; no authentication or user interaction is required.
