CVE-2024-34092Network attack vector

Continued account access via unterminated sessions

Published May 6, 2024 · Updated Mar 25, 2025

Insufficient session expiration in Archer Platform 6 before 2024.04 allows attackers to retain access through a session after account lock. The account-lock operation leaves the session active instead of invalidating its authenticated state, so later requests continue to be authorized. A valid session must already exist when the account is locked, and access remains bounded by that session's existing permissions.
