Stored XSS in the Archer Platform 6 login banner before 2024.04 allows remote authenticated users to execute scripts in viewers' browsers. The Archer Control Panel stores login-banner content and renders it without appropriate escaping, causing embedded HTML or JavaScript to become active content. Low-privileged access is required to plant the payload, and a victim must load the affected login page; the published impact is limited to confidentiality and integrity.
