Control-plane crash via unbounded webhook body

Resource exhaustion in Stacklok Minder before 0.0.48 allows remote attackers to crash the control plane with an oversized webhook body. HandleGithubWebhook calls readerFromRequest before signature validation, and the helper reads the entire untrusted HTTP body into memory without a size limit. Access to the webhook endpoint requires no authentication; a sufficiently large request exhausts process or host memory and interrupts service for other users.
