Code execution via shell-interpolated requirements path

OS command injection in Amazon SageMaker Python SDK before 2.214.3 allows local users to execute arbitrary commands. The capture_dependencies function interpolates requirements_path into a pigar command string and passes it to os.system without neutralizing shell metacharacters. Exploitation requires an application or user to supply an attacker-controlled, nondefault requirements_path; injected commands run with the invoking process privileges and can read or alter data or interrupt the process.
