Authenticated internal resource access via DNS rebinding

SSRF in Pterodactyl Wings before 1.11.12 allows remote authenticated users to reach internal network resources through remote file pulls. The downloader validates a hostname with a separate preliminary connection, then the HTTP transport resolves and connects again, allowing DNS rebinding to change the destination after validation. A user must control a game server, and the path exists only while remote downloads are enabled; successful pulls reach otherwise inaccessible local-network resources.
