Path traversal in DFIR-IRIS IRIS EVTX Module before 1.0.0 allows remote authenticated users to write files via crafted EVTX filenames. In pipeline_files_upload, file_handle.filename is joined directly to base_path and passed to save without sanitizing traversal elements. Exploitation requires an authenticated IRIS user and the non-default module; code execution additionally requires a server-side template injection path.
