Authenticated service interruption via retained LITERAL buffers

Resource exhaustion in Cyrus IMAP through 3.8.2 and 3.10.0-beta2 allows remote authenticated users to exhaust server memory. The IMAP parser allocates a buffer for every negotiated LITERAL in an unlimited-argument command and retains each buffer until the complete command is received and processed. Valid IMAP credentials and one crafted command are required; memory exhaustion can interrupt the service or affect the host according to its out-of-memory policy.
