Service crash via RICSubscription counter increment

Denial of service in O-RAN-SC E2T allows remote attackers to crash E2T with a crafted RICSubscriptionResponse. In sctpThread.cpp, the response path invokes Increment on the RICSubscription success counter through the peerInfo and sctpParams object chain, where the call triggers a segmentation fault. A malicious RAN node can reach this path during a subscription exchange, and the E2T crash interrupts communications for every RAN connected to the same RIC.
