Service crash via unchecked Prometheus counter increment

Denial of service in O-RAN-SC E2T allows remote attackers to crash the service by sending a crafted E2SetupRequest message. In sctpThread.cpp, E2T calls Increment through message.peerInfo counters without validating the resolved Prometheus counter, so unexpected input causes a segmentation fault. A malicious RAN with E2-interface access can repeatedly terminate the message-distribution service and disrupt communications for every RAN connected to the RIC.
