Denial of service in O-RAN Software Community KPIMON-GO 0.4.7 allows attackers with local access to crash the xApp via a crafted E2AP-PDU. The cgo decoding routine passes the crafted message into native E2AP parsing and terminates with a segmentation fault; the precise invalid memory operation is undisclosed. Exploitation requires low-privileged local access and no interaction; successful triggering interrupts the KPI-monitoring process.
