Arbitrary file disclosure via unrestricted local ingestion

Path traversal in Zylon PrivateGPT 0.2.0 through 0.5.0 allows remote attackers to read arbitrary host files through document ingestion. The local-ingestion path accepts an attacker-supplied filesystem path without restricting it to an approved directory, then indexes the selected file for retrieval through Search in Docs or AI queries. No authentication or user interaction is required, and the demonstrated consequence is disclosure of files readable by the server process.
