Unauthorized analytics model changes via ignored token result

CSRF in Moodle LMS 4.3.3 and earlier allows remote attackers to change analytics models through an administrator's browser. The admin/tool/analytics/model.php handler calls confirm_sesskey() for state-changing actions but ignores its false result, so execution continues without a valid session key. A logged-in administrator must be induced to submit the crafted request, and resulting actions remain bounded by that administrator's analytics-management privileges.
