Local file inclusion in Moodle LMS 4.0 through 4.3.3 allows remote authenticated users to execute server-side files via a modified wiki backup. The mod_wiki restore path processes attacker-modified backup content so a referenced file outside the Moodle webroot is included by PHP. Exploitation requires permission to restore wiki modules, direct server access outside the webroot, and shared hosting misconfigured to expose another user's content.
