Stored XSS via unescaped participant names

Stored XSS in Moodle LMS 4.3.3 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to execute script in another user's browser. The participants table passes fullname() output into role, group, and enrolment option labels without HTML-escaping quotes or other markup. An authenticated user must store a crafted participant name, and a victim must open an affected option, enabling script execution in that victim's session.
