Arbitrary file download and deletion via absolute paths

Absolute path traversal in VirtoSoftware Virto Bulk File Download 5.5.44 allows remote attackers to download or delete arbitrary files. The isCompleted method in Virto.SharePoint.FileDownloader/Api/Download.ashx accepts an absolute pathname through the path parameter without restricting it to the intended file area. No authentication or user interaction is required, and access remains bounded by the files available to the SharePoint-hosted component.
