LDAP query manipulation via unsanitized control characters
Published May 14, 2024 · Updated Feb 13, 2025
LDAP injection in linqi before 1.4.0.1 on Windows allows remote attackers to manipulate directory queries through user input. The Windows LDAP query handling fails to sufficiently sanitize special LDAP control characters before processing user-supplied values. Reachability requires enabled LDAP integration and a configured Active Directory connection; published material does not identify the exposed input or resulting directory operation.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
