Timing side channel in PHPECC Point addition allows remote authenticated users to observe secret-dependent execution times. Point addition selects a slow or fast code path according to a condition, exposing branch-dependent information through runtime differences. Exploitation requires access to an application path that invokes point addition; published sources do not establish private-key recovery or another downstream compromise.
