Web-cache clearing via forged administrator request

Cross-site request forgery in idcCMS 1.35 allows remote attackers to clear the web cache through an authenticated administrator's browser. The /admin/readDeal.php endpoint honors a bare POST selecting clearWebCache without an origin-bound request value. Exploitation requires an authenticated administrator to submit the attacker's form, and the demonstrated consequence is cache clearing only.
