Unauthenticated user-data disclosure via userID manipulation

Authorization bypass in Globitel SpeechLog 8.1 allows remote attackers to read other users' data by changing the userID parameter. The affected request uses the caller-controlled userID value to select a user record without verifying authorization for that record. No authentication or user interaction is required, and the published impact is limited to confidentiality.
