Service crash via crafted SilentPprf message

Buffer overflow in MP-SPDZ 0.3.8 allows remote attackers to crash a party process through a crafted SilentPprf protocol message. SilentMultiPprfReceiver::expand derives unchecked accesses while expanding received PPRF data, producing out-of-bounds reads or writes and a segmentation fault. No product account is required, but an operator must initiate the affected MPC execution; the demonstrated consequence is a process abort.
