Process crash via recursive SVG element cloning

Stack overflow in LunaSVG 2.3.9 allows local users to crash an SVG-rendering process by supplying a crafted SVG file. Element::clone recursively duplicates attacker-controlled nested target elements during UseElement::build without detecting the reference cycle, exhausting the process stack. A local user must cause an application linked to LunaSVG, or the svg2png converter, to render the crafted file; the demonstrated consequence is process termination.
