Password recovery via incremental breach-check queries

Information exposure in Passbolt Browser Extension before 4.6.2 allows remote attackers to recover typed passwords from observed API queries. The password-strength validator issues a Pwned Passwords range request after each 300-millisecond typing pause, exposing successive five-digit SHA-1 prefixes. Exploitation requires visibility into decrypted HTTPS traffic and applies only to manually typed passwords of at least eight characters.
