JavaScript execution via unescaped id parameter
Published Apr 6, 2024 · Updated Aug 8, 2024
Reflected XSS in SourceCodester Online Library System 1.0 allows remote authenticated users to inject JavaScript through a crafted URL. The admin/books/index.php edit view reflects the id query parameter into its HTML response without neutralizing script markup. Exploitation requires a logged-in user to open the crafted edit URL, which runs attacker-supplied script in that user's browser context.
