Local boot compromise via uninitialized runtime-map free

Use of an uninitialized resource in the Linux kernel EFI stub allows local users to corrupt memory during EFI boot. When efi_novamap is set, allocate_new_fdt_and_exit_boot() leaves priv.runtime_map uninitialized, but its failure path passes that value to free_pool(). Reachability requires local influence over the kernel command line or EFI System Partition and a failing device-tree allocation path; the resulting corruption compromises the boot environment.
