Service interruption via fatal netgroup-cache allocation failure

Denial of service in glibc nscd 2.15 through 2.39 allows remote attackers to terminate the daemon through netgroup requests. The netgroup-cache path uses xmalloc and xrealloc for request-driven buffer growth, and either wrapper terminates nscd when allocation fails. Exposure requires the nscd binary and enabled netgroup caching; termination interrupts cached name-service responses to clients.
