Daemon crash via failed netgroup cache insertion

NULL pointer dereference in glibc nscd 2.15 through 2.39 allows attackers to crash the daemon via a netgroup request. The addinnetgrX function dereferences a null result after addgetnetgrentX fails while inserting a not-found netgroup response into the cache. The flaw exists only in the nscd binary and requires cache insertion failure, interrupting cached name-service requests until the daemon restarts.
