Payment Gateway Based Fees and Discounts for WooCommerce 2.12.1 and earlier allows attackers to dismiss administrative notices via CSRF. The dismiss_notice() function processes the notice-dismissal request without valid nonce verification. Exploitation requires an administrator to open a crafted link; the resulting state change only hides an administrative notice.
