Uncontrolled resource consumption in Siemens SIMATIC RTLS Locating Manager before 3.0.1.1 allows remote attackers to crash its service. Packet handling allocates memory for specifically crafted incoming packets but fails to release it, exhausting the service's available memory. No authentication or user interaction is required; the affected service restarts automatically after a short interruption.
