CVE-2024-33449Public exploitNetwork attack vector

Internal content disclosure via loopback filter bypass

Published Apr 29, 2024 · Updated Aug 2, 2024

SSRF in the PDFmyURL conversion service allows remote attackers to read localhost content through the POST url parameter. The backend dereferences the submitted URL to render a PDF, and its address filter accepts 127.127.127.127, placing the host's Apache page in the generated document. The public demonstration confirms full-read SSRF against localhost; the CVE record additionally reports arbitrary code execution but does not disclose that path.
