Code execution via unsanitized plugin description

Code injection in HisiPHP 2.0.111 allows remote authenticated users to execute arbitrary PHP via a crafted plugin description. SystemPlugins::design interpolates the unvalidated intro field into a generated plugin info.php file, which the plugin installer evaluates. The published proof requires an administrative session and plugin installation, resulting in PHP execution with the web service's privileges.
