Router crash via null firmware filename

A null-pointer dereference in upload_firmware.cgi in D-Link DIR-823G A1V1.0.2B05 allows remote attackers to crash the router. Its file-validation helper returns null when the attacker-controlled UPLOAD_FILENAME cannot be opened, and main passes that null value to strncmp. The proof of concept describes an authorized attacker, while CISA rates exploitation as requiring user interaction but no privileges.
