Stored XSS via unencoded Last Name

Stored XSS in SourceCodester Laboratory Management System 1.0 allows remote authenticated users to execute JavaScript in another user's browser. The save handler at /php-lms/classes/Users.php?f=save stores the Last Name field without neutralizing it before later rendering it in application pages. Creating a user requires authenticated access, and exploitation requires another user, including an administrator, to view the stored name.
